On 12/9/10 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello,
On June 20, 2008, the subdudes (via their sound engineer Drew Holshouser) granted permission for their non-commercial live recordings to be archived through the Live Music Archive.
We would like to extend permission to pre-cursor bands (Cartoons and The Works), side projects (Tommy Malone, 3 Twins, Magpie, Prodigal Sons, John Magnie) and alternate band names (The Dudes).
Here is the list of names:
3 Twins
Cartoons
John Magnie
Magpie
Prodigal Sons
The Dudes
The Works
Tommy Malone (Limited to audience or matrix recordings post-2005. No limitations pre-2006.)
Please note that the band Tiny Town is not covered by this agreement.
